Haunted at Halloween

Listen carefully! Can you hear it? That low, mournful howl of an icy wind sweeping past the tombstones? It's coming! And ONLY to The Haunted Graveyard(r) at Lake Compounce!
Beginning Friday, September 30th, as the sun goes down, the Graveyard comes alive! It's the 20th Season of Terror at New England's LARGEST and BEST Halloween Show.
Lake Compounce will open their gates at 5pm. Rides in the Dark, Shows and Performers, Halloween Treats and Ghouls with some Tricks of their own await you there.
Then, if you DARE, enter the Haunted Graveyard. Our Vampires and Witches are waiting for your return! Every Friday and Saturday in October,
the Ghosts and Goblins of the Graveyard invite you into their home from Dusk until Midnight. Sundays until 10pm. (Closed Sunday, October 2nd)
Timed tickets give you a chance to BRACE YOURSELF before entering The Haunted Graveyard. We'll see that you get in on time... but we can't guarantee you'll come out!
Why we do it
The Haunted Graveyard got its start in 1991, when Ernie and Carol Romegialli's daughter, Johanna, was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes. "We started decorating our yard ... it would keep Johanna's mind off candy, " notes Ernie, "It outgrew our yard and has since evolved into Southern New England’s largest Halloween attraction."
To date, The Haunted Graveyard has raised more than $800,000 for Diabetes Research. Read more about
