Haunted at Halloween
The Haunted Graveyard will be open every weekend from Oct 2nd thru Oct 31st from dusk to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and from dusk to 10pm on Sundays. The Haunted Graveyard opens at dusk, but Lake Compounce opens at 5 p.m. so come early to purchase your timed ticket for the thrills.
Why we do it
The Haunted Graveyard got its start in 1991, when Ernie and Carol Romegialli’s daughter, Johanna, was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes. "We started decorating our yard ... it would keep Johanna's mind off candy, " notes Ernie, "It outgrew our yard and has since evolved into Southern New England’s largest Halloween attraction."
To date, The Haunted Graveyard has raised more than $650,000 for Diabetes Research. Read more about
